What is this settlement about?
Big Fish Casino sells virtual coins for casino-style games such as Banana Bonanza, Mayan Millions, Serengeti Splendor and Buffalo Gold. A federal appeals court previously found Big Fish constituted illegal gambling under Washington law, and many states let people recover money lost to illegal gambling.
