What is this settlement about?

DentaQuest, which administers dental benefits for millions of Americans, detected on May 20, 2026 that unauthorized parties had accessed data on its network between May 17 and May 20, 2026. The breach has been linked to the ShinyHunters extortion group. Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether a class action can be brought on behalf of affected members. This is an attorney investigation, not a settled class action.
