What is this settlement about?
Kroger agreed to a $17,000,000 settlement over how it reported its "usual and customary" prescription prices to insurers. The lawsuit alleges Kroger should have reported its lower Rx Savings Club prices, and that insured customers paid inflated copays as a result. Kroger denies wrongdoing. The net fund is split pro rata among class members who file a valid claim.
