A settlement resolves claims over a data incident at Managed Care of North America (MCNA Dental), MCNA Insurance Company and Healthplex, in which personal and health information was potentially accessed between February 26 and March 7, 2023. The breach affected close to 9 million people. Class members can claim cash for documented losses up to $2,500, and everyone in the class automatically receives two years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete monitoring.
