What is this settlement about?

A California class action settlement was reached with Belkin International over alleged misrepresentation of mAh (milliampere-hour) ratings on its power bank packaging. Plaintiff alleged the mAh number referred to the internal battery size, not the power actually delivered to a charging device, in breach of warranty. Belkin denied the claims but agreed to settle and to update its packaging to disclose that mAh refers to internal battery capacity.
