San Francisco Domino's HSCO Fee Settlement
Open for claims · Claim deadline November 8, 2026 · Published September 29, 2026 · Updated September 29, 2026
Am I eligible for the Domino's (San Francisco) settlement?
You qualify if you are a California resident who bought from one of four San Francisco Domino's locations — 3116 Noriega St, 320 Bayshore Blvd, 5200 Geary Blvd, or 728 Geary St — and paid the 6% San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance charge between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026. Important: if the stores have your email on file, a voucher worth 75% of what you paid is sent automatically and no claim is needed. File a claim only if you would rather take the cash alternative, which is worth 50%. If they do not have your email on file, you must file with proof of purchase by November 8, 2026 or you receive nothing. The class period is December 4, 2023 to August 12, 2026. Only residents of California are eligible.

What is this settlement about?
A settlement resolves claims that four San Francisco Domino's Pizza franchises — operated by ASI Foods Inc., AAI Foods Inc., AHI Foods Inc. and ARI Foods Inc. — charged customers a six percent fee tied to San Francisco's Health Care Security Ordinance while identifying it to consumers as a tax, which the lawsuit alleges violated California law. Defendants deny any wrongdoing. Class members choose between a voucher worth 75% of the fees they paid, redeemable only at those four locations, or a cash payment worth 50% of the fees. Amounts are calculated from the defendants' own purchase records. Hayden Miller et al. v. ASI Foods, Inc. et al., San Francisco County Superior Court, Case No. CGC-25-630503.
