What is this settlement about?
Night US, the parent of the Leesa, Bear, Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattress brands, allegedly advertised phantom discounts on its websites. Shoppers say the "regular" prices the company struck through were never actually charged, making routine prices look like deep markdowns. Night US denies wrongdoing but agreed to pay $8.16 million.
