You may qualify if you created an account on Noom's website and answered onboarding questions about your health, fitness, nutrition or weight-loss goals. Open to residents of all 50 states and D.C. The class period is January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2027. No proof of purchase is required to file.

What is this settlement about?

Noom is a health and wellness platform for weight loss, nutrition and fitness goals. The claims allege Noom used tracking technology to capture and share users' communications and personal information with third parties while they completed the onboarding questionnaire and browsed the site. Users may have entered personal health, fitness, nutrition and wellness details without knowing that information was being transmitted to third parties.
