Am I eligible for the PowerSchool settlement?

U.S. residents who, while a student, logged into the Naviance Platform at least once between August 18, 2021 and January 23, 2026. No proof of purchase is required to file.

What is this settlement about?

A class action settlement has been reached with PowerSchool Holdings, Hobsons, and Heap over the Naviance student-planning platform. The lawsuit alleged that confidential student communications were intercepted without consent in violation of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and similar state laws. A $17.25M settlement fund has been established for class members.
