What is this settlement about?
RealPage makes revenue-management software that landlords use to set apartment rents. A class action alleged RealPage and large property managers used it to share confidential pricing data and coordinate rents, inflating what renters paid for multifamily housing. RealPage denies wrongdoing but agreed to a $359.9 million settlement.
