What is this settlement about?

Sandoz and its subsidiary Fougera allegedly conspired with other generic drug makers to raise and fix generic drug prices, so consumers and health plans overpaid. They deny wrongdoing but agreed to pay $275 million; a separate $85 million Sun/Taro settlement is claimed through the same form.
