Am I eligible for the ParkOn / Service Spot settlement?
You qualify if you were a California resident and booked parking on ParkOn.com or CheapAirportParking.org between July 1, 2024 and June 9, 2025 and paid a mandatory Reservation Fee. The class period is July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027. No proof of purchase is required to file.

What is this settlement about?
ParkOn.com and CheapAirportParking.org allegedly tacked a mandatory "Reservation Fee" onto airport parking bookings without clearly showing it in the advertised price. A $500,000 settlement fund will be split among California customers who paid that fee. Eligible bookers can claim a pro-rata share based on how much they paid in Reservation Fees.
