What is this settlement about?
SpotHero allegedly failed to show the full price of a parking reservation, including its service fee, until near the end of checkout — which the lawsuit calls unlawful drip pricing. SpotHero denies wrongdoing but agreed to pay $975,000 in settlement benefits.
