You may qualify if you used a MyChart patient portal account associated with St. Joseph Hospital of Nashua, N.H. from Jan. 1, 2023 onward. Valid claims receive a flat $50 payment. You need the Class Member ID from your notice in order to file. The class period is November 7, 2021 to December 31, 2027.
