Am I eligible for the Tinder settlement?

You may qualify if you purchased Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold in California on or after March 2, 2015 when you were over age 29, or on or after March 2, 2016 when you were over age 28. The class period is March 2, 2015 to December 31, 2027. Only residents of California are eligible.

What is this settlement about?

This settlement resolves a class action lawsuit alleging that Tinder unlawfully charged users aged 30 and older higher prices than younger users for its premium subscription services, Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold. Plaintiffs claimed the age-based pricing violated California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and California's Unfair Competition Law. Tinder agreed to pay $60.5 million to resolve the claims.
